**BY PURCHASING ANY ITEMS AT SWIntakes.com (EITHER TELEPHONE OR ONLINE) CUSTOMER(s) ARE AGREEING TO EVERYTHING BELOW.
"SWIntakes.com" does not have to give out tracking information for orders and is in no way obliged to provide them to our customers. We try out best to do so though.
CANCELLATION/RETURNS:
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 35% of the original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled or returned. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped. Rejected orders will be charged a $150 return shipping fee. All other returns must be approved by "SWIntakes.com" prior to being returned. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM "SWIntakes.com" and must have an valid RMA number. All authorized returns must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items received after 10 days or without approval from "SWIntakes.com" will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All returns must be in unused, unaltered, and unpainted condition. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packing (or better) if the original packing is no longer in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither "SWIntakes.com" nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to "SWIntakes.com" It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the returned shipment. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, "SWIntakes.com" will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.

"SWIntakes.com" reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. By submitting your creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials (your "submission") you grant "SWIntakes.com" a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation to you.
LIMITATION AND LIABILITY OF DISCLAIMER

You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
"SWIntakes.com" shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, "SWIntakes.com" shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
JURISDICTION
You agree that any legal action brought against "SWIntakes.com" shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on "SWIntakes.com" shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Alameda in the State of California.
"SWIntakes.com" reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for delivery of products, under conditions of backorders etc. SWIntakes.com, like every other parts dealer and retailer does not hold in stock EVERY item sold, and are often ordered, if not found in the warehouse. No refunds on items that have been paid and ordered for customer. All rights reserved by SWIntakes.com.
ANYONE TAMPERING WITH THE SHOPPING CART AND/OR PAYMENT DEVICES AND SYSTEMS PHYSICALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY ON www.SWIntakes.com and all it's sub-pages are subject to fine, or only partial payment returns by SWIntakes.com to compensate for this abuse. SWIntakes.com reserves all rights to determine how much is to be returned for this type of abuse.
SWIntakes.com reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders for any reasons.
All logos, trademarks, pictures and any and all items are property of their rightful owner(s). SWIntakes.com does not endorse or have affiliation/connection to any of company names and logos used.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All Sales are final and all products sold by "SWIntakes.com" are sold "as-is" to the Buyer. Damages by Freight must be reported to be claimed against freight company. Any items REJECTED and sent back to shipper is not AUTHORIZED, unless it is approved by SWIntakes.com. If the rejection of a package is not authorized, the buyer will be charged a $20 return shipping fee, seperate from the 35% restocking which may or may not be applied for cancelled orders (please refer to CANCELLATION/RETURNS section of terms and agreements).
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Damage may occur occasionally in transit. Shipments are NOT automatically insured by the carrier and insurance is NOT included on the standard freight quote. Customer must request freight insurance with their order. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the Freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, not it on the driver's bill and have him initial it and make a copy for your records. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. "SWIntakes.com" under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
